Facility Oversight: Ensuring the interior and exterior of the restaurant (including the parking lot and landscaping) are pristine and ready for our guests and employees. Operational Participation: Participating operationally in day-to-day activities to ensure equipment is functioning during high-volume shifts. Safety & Training: Assisting in training team members on the proper use and daily care of equipment. Problem Solving: Offering immediate response to equipment needs to ensure "REMARK"able guest experiences. Stewardship: Monitoring equipment usage and smallware lifecycles to minimize repair costs and downtime. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to climb ladders and perform work on the roof or in high-reach areas. Comfort working in varying temperatures (entering walk-in freezers or working outdoors). Standing, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods while performing repairs. Manual dexterity to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
