As our Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for our technical positions. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the Compass culture internally and externally.Please note that this is an in-office role.At Compass You Will:Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employmentWork with Compass hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectivelyProactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tacticsCommunicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsivePromote the Compass brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidatesWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineersExperience managing technical candidate pipelinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and organizational skillsB.A. or B.S. with a strong academic recordMust be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attentionHigh level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidatesComfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approachesConsiderable skill in interviewing techniquesExperience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn RecruiterProficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google SuiteCompensation: The base pay range for this position is $120,000-$130,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
