Technical RecruiterInsight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting team in Hawthorne, CA. This individual will run a full recruiting desk, managing the end-to-end hiring process for mission-critical technical roles.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on - someone who can partner closely with hiring managers while also driving sourcing efforts, managing pipelines, and delivering top-tier candidates. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to operate autonomously, and comfort working in an ever-changing, high-volume recruiting environment.Key Responsibilities:Own the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementPartner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, hiring strategy, and candidate feedbackProactively source passive candidates through creative and non-traditional methodsScreen inbound applicants and assess alignment with technical and business requirementsPresent and recommend top candidates to hiring teams for considerationCoordinate and support onsite interviews, including candidate experience and logistics as neededAttend interviews to help evaluate candidates and provide additional insight to hiring managersManage offer process including compensation discussions, offer extension, and background checksMaintain and track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progressBuild strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholdersMust be comfortable working onsite 100% in Hawthorne, CAFlexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on hiring needsFast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift quicklyOpportunity for long-term growth based on performance and business need
