Summary: Seeking an experienced professional to support management in business growth, strategy development, and budget control. The role involves overseeing projects, optimizing processes, and collaborating with leadership to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project implementation, maintenance, and daily operations. Conduct preliminary investigations for project feasibility and alignment with business goals. Support financial planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy development. Identify process improvements and resource optimization opportunities. Act as a project manager, ensuring timely execution and efficiency. Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive work environment. Enforce policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Requirements Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Expertise in project management, technical analysis, and collaboration. Ability to manage budgets and develop operational strategies. Experience in optimizing systems and processes for efficiency.
