• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and inquiries.

• Research account information and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Handle escalated concerns professionally and effectively.
• Learn and utilize multiple computer systems and technologies.
• Provide knowledgeable, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.

Call center, billing, utility, or account management experience is a plus
