Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for production runs
• Perform tooling changes, machine adjustments, and changeovers
• Operate CNC equipment to meet daily production schedules
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues
• Inspect parts and maintain quality standards throughout production
• Make minor program edits as needed
• Support team leads with productivity and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 6S standards

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on CNC machining experience required
• Experience with CNC production equipment, setups, and troubleshooting
• Ability to use measuring tools and inspect parts for quality
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Additional Information

Experience with Haas or Robodrill machines is a plus but not required. Candidates must have true CNC machining experience. Experience operating packaging machines, gluing machines, or similar equipment alone will not qualify for this role.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
