This role is ideal for machinists and operators looking to work in a high-precision aerospace environment with consistent overtime and strong earning potential.

• Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision components

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances

• Maintain production efficiency while adhering to quality and safety standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the shop

• 1+ years of experience operating CNC machinery

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments

• Experience with machine setups, tooling, and offsets preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts

• Ability to work scheduled shift with overtime opportunities

• $20 – $40/hr depending on experience

• Overtime available – 10+ hours per week for additional earnings
