The ideal candidate will be committed to patient safety, treatment accuracy, clinical excellence, and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary radiation oncology team. Key Responsibilities Deliver radiation treatments in accordance with physician-approved treatment plans and established clinical protocols Perform accurate patient positioning, setup, immobilization, and treatment verification Operate radiation therapy equipment in accordance with clinical and safety standards Monitor patients throughout treatment and communicate relevant observations to the clinical team Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals Adhere to applicable patient safety, quality assurance, regulatory, and clinical standards Contribute to a patient-centered and professionally collaborative care environment Ideal Candidate 2–15 years of relevant Radiation Therapy experience Appropriate U.S. credentials/licensure as applicable to the position Strong understanding of radiation oncology and treatment delivery workflows Excellent patient-care and communication skills Strong attention to clinical accuracy and patient safety Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team This recruitment opportunity is being facilitated by Triniti Cargo Movers Private Limited on behalf of a U.S.-based healthcare partner.
