An established healthcare provider is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join its oncology team. This role is responsible for delivering radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and compliance with clinical standards. The Radiation Therapist works closely with the radiation oncology team and plays a key role in patient care, treatment planning support, and maintaining high-quality treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and established protocols
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and clinical staff to support patient care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records within clinical systems
• Follow all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear communication and support to patients and their families
• Utilize treatment planning and imaging systems effectively (e.g., ARIA, Eclipse, CT platforms)
• Participate in quality assurance and departmental procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent
• Active Radiation Therapy certification in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
