About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct clinical patient care in a hospital-based healthcare setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.

This position requires strong clinical judgment, attention to patient safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team. The RN will help support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care while ensuring patient needs are addressed with professionalism, compassion, and accuracy.

The selected candidate will also assist with care coordination, support appropriate delegation of care, and contribute to a clinical environment focused on patient safety, communication, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care for assigned patients using a multidisciplinary approach.

• Develop plans of care for newly admitted patients and update care plans as patient conditions or needs change.

• Deliver nursing interventions consistent with the patient’s medical plan of care.

• Perform procedures within the assigned specialty service area.

• Accurately and completely document nursing care in assigned patient records.

• Ensure patient-related information is documented on appropriate forms.

• Communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate clinical team members.

• Support safe, high-quality nursing care and appropriate resource management.

• Perform related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current applicable state RN license or permit.

• BLS certification required upon hire.

Required Certifications Within 3 Months of Hire

• ACLS required for Med/Surg/Tele RN roles.

• CPI required within 3 months of hire.

• PALS required within 3 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.

• 1 to 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
