The main objective of the retail training assistant is to support the training coordinator in creating, reviewing, and organizing training resources to equip our customer service associates. The training assistant will also support PaulB Hardware in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Create, review, and organize the Company's SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) database
• Assist in controlling and managing the Company's LMS (Learning Management System)
• Keep training resources (videos, powerpoints, etc.) up to date
• Assist with various administrative tasks when needed

Preferred Education and Experience

• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience working with SOPs
• Administrative experience
