About the Role

We are seeking a Transition Specialist to manage the onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. This role ensures every property is transitioned seamlessly and ready for active management — from auditing and compliance checks, to utility setup and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has a background in property management, is detail-oriented, and thrives in managing multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end transition process for new properties.
• Audit property documentation, leases, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee utility setups and transfers (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
• Conduct onboarding checklists and inspections; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all properties are move-in ready on time and aligned with company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all transition activities, including permits, utilities, and vendor work.
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams for smooth handoffs.
• Identify and address risks or delays in the onboarding process.
• Provide status reports and updates to U.S. management teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in property management, auditing, or operations.
• Proven track record managing onboarding, utility transfers, and property compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and team coordination.
• Tech-savvy with property management systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple property transitions in parallel.
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and accountability.
