Physician Psychiatry - Competitive Salary

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical department. The Clinical Director will provide leadership, clinical supervision, and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. This individual will manage staff, implement policies and procedures, and collaborate across departments to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise clinical staff and operations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows. Ensure compliance with state, accreditation, and agency standards. Oversee quality assurance, audits, and client outcomes. Support staff development through supervision and training. Collaborate with leadership and community partners for integrated care. Qualifications: Master's/Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counselings, or related field. Active Ohio license 3 years behavioural health experience, including leadership.
