Job Description Physician (MD/DO) The Company: Our client is a well-established not-for-profit community healthcare organization that has been serving patients for more than 40 years. They provide comprehensive medical services through multiple locations and are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to diverse and underserved communities. Their integrated care model includes primary care, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, prevention programs, and community health initiatives. The Position: Our client is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their outpatient care team. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing disease management. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
