Duration: 1 week (with potential extension)

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Locum/Per diem

License/Certs: Active medical license and OB/GYN certification required

Experience: Minimum 2 years in obstetrics and gynecology, experience with high-risk pregnancies preferred

Hourly Rate: $19.50

Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide OB hospitalist coverage on L&D, including low and high risk pregnancies
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections, VBACs, and breech births
• Interpret FHR, NST, CST, FSE, and OB ultrasounds (Level I and II)
• Manage outpatient OB and GYN patients, including procedures like cystoscopy, colposcopy, and tubal ligation
• Collaborate with residents, nursing staff, and midwives in a teaching hospital setting
• Document effectively using the EPICT electronic medical record system

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Ohio or ability to obtain one
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency in obstetrics procedures and ultrasound interpretation
• Ability to handle high-risk pregnancies and perform deliveries with confidence
