Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer with architecture responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic development.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and identity management in Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management policies.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Manage technical risks and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document architecture designs, technical specifications, and system configurations.
