VP of CRM & Platforms

Our client is seeking a Vice President, CRM & Platforms Lead to own and evolve its Salesforce ecosystem and broader sales enablement technology platform. This individual will play a highly visible role partnering with senior business leaders to drive CRM strategy, user adoption, data quality, reporting, analytics, and technology innovation across the distribution organization.

What Youll Do

• Own the strategic roadmap, governance, and administration of Salesforce CRM and related sales enablement platforms

• Partner closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement

• Drive CRM adoption, usability, and data quality initiatives to improve business outcomes and sales effectiveness

• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support executive decision-making

• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions and enhancement projects

• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, project execution, and stakeholder communication

• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to deliver platform enhancements and integrations

• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance user experience

• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and platform best practices

• Manage and develop a CRM professional responsible for user support, requirements gathering, testing, and delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience within a B2B environment

• Proven experience owning CRM strategy, platform governance, and roadmap execution

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting, analytics, and data management

• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions

• Background leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer are highly desirable

• Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience preferred

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or broader Financial Services experience

• Experience integrating and supporting sales and marketing technology platforms

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, Responsive, Allego, and emerging AI technologies
