- Customer-Centric Sales Process: Work directly with homeowners, educating them about the benefits of solar and managing expectations for their projects.
- Exceptional Service: Provide excellent customer service, building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent solar sales experience.
- Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and sales tools.
- Current HIS License.
- Compensation Package: Draw plus sales commission
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401 K
