Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Coordinates and manages maintenance work orders
• Schedules repairs and preventative maintenance
• Tracks inventory and maintenance records
• Works closely with maintenance staff to keep equipment and facilities operating efficiently

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications:

• Requires 3+ years of related experience, knowledge of maintenance and safety practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
