The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians will also be considered.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• H1-B/H1B Visa applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Providers will be cross credentialed at Adventist CVN sites: Hanford, Reedley, Selma, and Tulare.

• A small, community hospital with a well-equipped ER and hardworking staff and great team culture.
• 45-bed facility with 10 ED beds and six other patient care areas.
• Annual volume of 45,000 with a 5% admit rate.
• Site utilizes PA/NP’s for Rapid Medical Evaluation® (RME) to reduce wait times and increase patient satisfaction.
• Previously granted Vituity’s Practice of the Year award.

Estimated annual base compensation of $220 - $250/hr, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
