Job Description
The Client Cybersecurity Services Team (SCS), Office of CISO, provides platforms, services, and security operations capabilities which enable the firm to produce successful client and shareholder outcomes securely and safely. Securing the client's IT assets, data, and access to applications is the core of who this team is and what they do, and they have an opening for a contractor Sr. Scrum Master role. Job Responsibilities
Job Duties -
Will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders. Will lead a Scrum team to perform planning, development and testing on one or more small to medium software development, implementation and integration projects. Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective and client demos. Interface with product owners on an active basis to manage product backlog and sprint activities. Remove obstacles and manage risks to enable team efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain Jira dashboards utilizing advanced JQL.
Job Requirements -
- 6-10 years as a Scrum Master. Responsible for overseeing all task activities assigned to the Scrum team are performed in a timely manner with minimal technical debt, while maintaining the highest quality of performance.
- Must have B.S. or B.A. in applicable field
- Ensure all scrum activities are tracked and kept up-to-date and reported on a daily basis.
- Must have experience managing software development projects
- Ability to apply scrum estimation techniques to software development efforts, strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
- Must have advanced Jira skills
- Must have advanced JQL skills
- Must have experience delivering cybersecurity projects
- Must have experience delivering PKI projects (Public Key Infrastructure)
- Must have agile transformation experience
Desired Skills & Experience -
- Financial services experience
- PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
