Retirement Analyst

Retirement Analyst
To support the administration, compliance, and operations of defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. This role ensures regulatory compliance and contributes to employee understanding of retirement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration of DB and DC plans and respond to participant inquiries
- Partner with actuaries, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators
- Support compliance testing, audits, and regulatory filings
- Maintain documentation and assist with Form 5500 preparation
- Create clear, helpful employee communications about retirement programs
- Support retirement readiness tools and resources
- Participate in projects involving plan changes, system enhancements, and vendor management
- Recommend improvements to strengthen governance and streamline administration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of HR analytical experience with retirement plans
- Experience with retirement vendors, audits, and compliance workflows
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High professionalism and confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
