Job Description
PeriOperative Services Registered Nurse

Schedule

40 hours per week with call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40.

Requirements

Experienced in orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy.
Current nursing license.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for patients of all age groups.
Advocate for and care for patients during the peri-operative period from admission through discharge.
Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
