About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Investor Operations to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as the internal relationship manager, overseeing interactions with various external partners, including broker-dealers, fintech platforms, institutional investors, and third-party servicers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all investor transactions, communications, and reporting are executed with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. The VP will be responsible for the operational management of the REIT and Flagship Fund, acting as the primary point of contact with the transfer agent, and coordinating operations-related interactions with the managing broker-dealer. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with institutional and fintech platform teams, as well as overseeing the preparation and distribution of investor communications. Applicants for the Vice President, Investor Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in institutional investor operations, fund administration, or broker-dealer/distribution operations, preferably within alternative investment programs. The role requires a strong understanding of distribution platforms, fund LP management, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with external partners and a solid grasp of FINRA/SEC regulations. Excellent communication, relationship management, and process-oriented skills are essential. The VP will also be expected to identify and implement process improvements, manage internal staff or external service providers, and contribute to the operational excellence of the distribution platform. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, and FINRA licensure is a plus.
