Now Hiring: Maintenance Director Full Time | $60,000-$90,000 Join the team at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation, a leading provider of healthcare services in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as we seek a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. As a key member of our operations team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, coordinating maintenance activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and staff. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of all facility systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments, including housekeeping, dietary, and nursing Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner Manage and train a team of maintenance technicians and staff Collaborate with facility management to ensure compliance with safety protocols and establish emergency procedures Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and address potential hazards and maintenance needs Requirements: 1 minimum years of experience as a maintenance director or supervisor in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field preferred Benefits: Competitive Pay $60,000-$90,000 based off experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401K Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Support Team Environment Opportunity For Growth Within the Company #Eminent123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
