Cavender Buick GMC West is currently seeking a Parts Counter to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process parts orders, including special orders, backorders, and returns
• Assist customers in identifying correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure correct parts are provided for repairs
• Promote and upsell additional parts, accessories, and service related work items.
• Process warranties and core returns in compliance with dealership and manufacture policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving complains or concerns promptly
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, tickets, and repair orders related to parts transactions.
• Follow all dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacture guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Energetic, motivated, and punctual
• Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment
• Valid driver license
