Radiology Tech - CT Tech

CT Technologist

Schedule: 4/10 hour shifts - no overnights, every other weekend.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Current California Certified Radiological Technologist License (CRT)
• Current peripheral Vascular Access certification
• Current BLS Certificate
• Understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy in positioning and exposure techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Serve as the primary liaison between patients and radiologists as well as other support team members.
• Use professional and ethical judgment and critical thinking when performing duties.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Up to 36 hours of call-off available at no cost during the assignment.
• Attention to requested facility start date is required. Candidates with start dates more than 2 weeks after the requested start date will be declined.
