Must wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Ability to work in a team environment, take direction, work safely, calmly and effectively under pressure.Essential DutiesAssumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishwareLoad, run and unload dish machineMonitor dish machine water temperature and detergent/sanitizer/ chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle, in accordance to the Department of Health guidelines and requirementsKeep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to the Chef or Sous ChefProperly wash, sanitizes and stores all tableware and kitchenwareMaintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning suppliesHandle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and lossPhysical DemandsProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs. during entire work shift.EEOC statementQuail Run is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity.
