What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients within the PICU
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans using the nursing process
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures
• Document care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with hospital policies
• Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance standards

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric ICU experience
• Valid BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
