Operations Manager

You have experience spanning multiple operational functions — HR administration, finance, office management, event planning, and/or vendor management. You're a natural problem-solver who can context-switch effortlessly between a sensitive HR conversation and a budget spreadsheet and an HVAC issue. You're skilled at bringing hybrid teams together through scheduled team-building events as well as spontaneous moments where people actually connect. You're always planning for the future and anticipating what needs to be done before it is needed.
