Desktop Support Specialist

Desktop/Laptop/Peripherals hardware break/Fix. Reactive maintenance(such as clearing paper jam etc). Basic network connectivity. Assign cases to appropriate queue based on dedicated support model. Update all logs on timely basis. Fulfill requests for dispatch support for all dispatch sites. Software support - a. Software loading and configuration c. Software reloading Software application issues not resolved by the L1 SD, including Fastlane application. Basic network connectivity issues. Desktop Operating Systems, connectivity, remote. communications, and hardware-software compatibility issues. Compatibility issues between hardware and software.
