As a Dietary Services Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dietary services to our patients and residents. Job Summary
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, including menu planning, food production, and staff management. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement dietary plans that meet the unique needs of our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and residents
Supervise and lead a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop dietary plans that meet individual patient needs
Monitor and control food costs, ensuring budgetary compliance
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and resident care
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
