Director or Senior Director, Program Management

Kymera Therapeutics seeks a Director or Senior Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional R&D development teams in advancing targeted protein degradation medicines. The role involves strategic planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of clinical programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead program management and matrixed teams to drive R&D development toward corporate objectives
- Establish asset strategies and integrated development plans with Program Team Lead
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, set agendas, drive decisions and accountability
- Manage timeline and budget execution while identifying and mitigating development risks
- Communicate program status and issues to executive leadership and coordinate governance reporting
Requirements
- 8+ years biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Minimum 4 years program management experience
- PhD or advanced degree in scientific discipline preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Cross-functional team leadership and matrixed management capability
- Strategic planning and risk mitigation expertise
- Executive stakeholder communication and influence skills
