Wireless Store Manager

Position: Wireless Store Manager Location: Huntingdon Valley, PA Job Type: Full-time Overview Wireless Nation, a Verizon Wireless Zone retailer, requires a diverse set of leadership skills. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you lead by example and inspire a high-performing team to deliver positive experiences for customers as they learn, shop, and get support. You oversee store operations, including inventory and visual merchandising, and coach team members across these areas. Responsibilities Foster a culture that maintains a safe and enjoyable workplace Participate in required meetings, trainings and conference calls Schedule sales team based on business needs Maintain high standards when interacting with employees and customers Meet or exceed assigned sales goals Hire and develop a high performing sales team Store merchandising and inventory management Operational excellence of the store Community engagement and localized events Qualifications Preferred two years sales experience but will train the right applicant Demonstrates leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a business setting and at least three years in a customer-facing retail sales environment Proven ability to drive customer experiences and sales results through team development Experience managing multiple commitments to sales, customers, staff, and operations Ability to adapt to challenges in a changing retail environment Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Wireless Nation
