Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance tasks, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and cleaning indoor plants in corporate office environments. Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or other issues, and take appropriate actions to address them. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that plants are healthy and thriving. Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and communicate effectively with the team. Requirements Reliable vehicle with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Professional appearance while working in corporate office environments. Proficiency with record keeping and communications via mobile phone apps. Horticultural experience is required. Ability to handle a rigorous physical workload, including bending and lifting. Experience with outdoor landscape plants and floral design is a plus. Driver’s License (Required). Benefits and Compensation Starting pay $23.50 per hour or more with experience, plus mileage reimbursement. Competitive pay based on experience and performance.
