About the Role
We are currently seeking a Punch Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate the equipment safely and efficiently under the direction of the Punch Press Lead. If you're a reliable team player with a can-do attitude, wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal materials into manufacturing equipment
- Operate punch press machines using various materialscoil, strips, and blanks
- Ensure finished products meet or exceed customer quality standards
- Follow detailed work orders and process instructions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any issues
- Accurately track part counts and move products through the next job sequence
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, follow job routing, and understand tools, fixtures, and measuring devices
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
