Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing projects related to water resource management, including flood control, drainage systems, and water supply systems. You will conduct hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, assess water quality, and evaluate the environmental impacts of various water management practices. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while delivering innovative solutions to complex water-related challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of water resource management principles, engineering design, and construction practices. You should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with relevant experience in water resources engineering. Proficiency in software tools for modeling and analysis, such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, or similar programs, is essential. Excellent communication and project management skills are necessary to effectively coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory agencies. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
