Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a significant impact by supporting preschool-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a full-time, onsite contract role. This position offers the opportunity to work with dynamic caseloads—including both Preschool and Child Find populations—across the academic year, allowing you to utilize your expertise and creativity in the delivery of essential services.

Required Qualifications:

• Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
• SLP Educator Certificate
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluations, therapy, and supports for preschool-aged students
• Collaborate with Child Find teams to conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation per school and state guidelines
• Engage with families, teachers, and special education teams to facilitate optimal student progress
• Adapt caseload management according to the assignment; some SLPs handle higher assessment loads, while others manage larger therapy caseloads based on student need
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

This academic-year contract is full-time and fully onsite. Caseload sizes may vary, with some positions focused more heavily on evaluations and others on therapy delivery, depending on the team's needs.
