Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. Based on-site, you’ll work in a dynamic educational environment focusing on preschool and Child Find positions. Each caseload is thoughtfully assigned, balancing direct therapy with evaluation responsibilities—some clinicians take on comprehensive evaluation roles with smaller therapy caseloads, while others manage higher direct service caseloads with fewer assessments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Valid SLP Educator Certificate
• Present IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with both preschool populations and Child Find initiatives a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to a varied caseload of preschool students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in Child Find activities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Adjust service delivery as needed based on caseload split and the volume of evaluations
