Events & Field Marketing Specialist

Location – Massachusetts, MA (Remote) Salary – 75k-85k + Bonus About the role As an Events & Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing success across the AMEC region. You'll work as part of the Regional Field Marketing team to plan and deliver impactful events, campaigns, and demand‑generation programs that contribute directly to pipeline growth and brand awareness. This fast‑paced, highly collaborative role partners with regional sales teams and global marketing to execute engaging customer experiences, measure performance, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This role requires up to 40% travel to support regional events and initiatives. What you will bring to the role Experience executing B2B marketing campaigns, events, and lead‑generation activities Confidence in planning and delivering trade shows, customer events, and partner programs Understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, and campaign performance tracking Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional and global teams Comfort using marketing tools such as CRM and automation platforms Analytical mindset and use of data to measure and improve marketing performance Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment Nice to have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of B2B marketing experience Experience supporting events, campaigns, and lead‑generation activities Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation systems such as Pardot EEO Statement We encourage applications from underrepresented individuals and people with diverse backgrounds.
