About the Role:
Join ELEVEN ENTERPRISE LLC as a Delivery Driver in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where you'll be a vital part of our team ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy driving and are committed to making our customers smile.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers while adhering to traffic laws.
- Load and unload products, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding delivery schedules.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain delivery logs.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Basic knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale area and navigation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
