About Houston ExxonMobil’s state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. What you will do Primary Job Function: Manage short and mid-term S&OP process for Business Team (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, S&OE, raw material planning, production planning, distribution planning), balancing supply/demand while balancing cost, service and inventory working capital Integrate consensus demand plan into supply plan; manage supply demand balancing Provide production signals to Mfg. for incorporation into production & raw material plans Develop supply strategies for network optimization and business rules that govern short term/tactical S&OE and mid/long term S&OP planning Set raw material and product inventory targets and steward performance Develop and optimize distribution plans and work with Logistics organization to schedule and execute transportation and storage operations Leads End-to-End “S&OP Business Team”, providing functional direction to S&OP planners at sites & GBC: replenishment planner, demand planner, production planner, raw material planners, volume management specialists Lead QRT/SRT to manage supply disruptions and events Enforce use of S&OE and S&OP processes and tools with support of Central S&OP team About you Job Requirements: B.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant supply chain experience Demonstrated analytical, communication skills, and ability to influence without authority across teams Experience in managing constraints, identifying alternatives, and prioritizing requests from diverse stakeholders to deliver maximum value Demonstrated ability to interact with internal and external teams to drive operational results and KPI improvement Functional Skills: Forecasting: ability to predict future demand based on historical data, market trends, and analysis Inventory Management: expertise in maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking or stockouts ERP Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP Vendor Management: Ability to manage relationships with suppliers Communication: effective communication skills to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues within the supply chain and implement solutions Desired Knowledge: Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing experience desirable Sales and Operations Planning and understanding of supply chain capability Value Chain Optimization and understanding of drivers that create business value Supply Chain Inventory Management and ability to manage supply reliability risk Strong collaborator and ability to develop others Effectively communicates and works in teams Drives functional excellence Demonstrated commercial experience and/or Business Team interface desirable Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
