Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid – Austin, TX) Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Advanced Sentry LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-­oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring operations. This role is critical in delivering a seamless candidate experience while ensuring efficient coordination across hiring teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates professionally with both candidates and internal stakeholders. What You’ll Do Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy. Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams. Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint. Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting. Provide administrative support to recruiting and corporate teams. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve recruiting processes. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or HR support. Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with G‑Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Job Type Contract (Full‑Time, 40 hours/week) Compensation $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Job Requirements (short Version) 1–3 years recruiting coordination or scheduling experience.
