Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Maintenance Technician for Direct Hire in Hudson, OH! 3rd shift opportunity. Hours will be M-F-11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Responsible for maintaining and maximizing uptime of CNC machines and automation equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues to minimize downtime and support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and document preventive maintenance on CNC equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Replace and calibrate machine components (spindles, motors, drives, etc.)
• Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA)
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Provide technical support to production teams

Qualifications:

• Some CNC experience
• 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience (mills/lathes)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with CNC/PLC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Technical training or certifications preferred

Work Environment:

• Industrial manufacturing setting
• Physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, etc.)
• Full-time with overtime and occasional travel as needed
