Description:Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Call on customers and sell the company’s products and services
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; implement sales and trades of any and all products marketed by Boone Tractor; follow all procedures and policies in the company’s Sales Manual
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements – all continuing after the sale
• Spend time “on the road” visiting customers and looking for new leads, as directed by Sales Manager
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training schools
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage time efficiently
• Participate and engage in shows and events
• Keep a friendly and positive attitude
• Maintain sales department vehicles and office equipment
• Daily update yourself on changes to manufacturers’ terms, discounts, and special programs, sales, deliveries, valuations, and new equipment arrival
• Have a working knowledge of all factory finance plans

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Lift up to 30 pounds
• Choice of standing, leaning, or sitting while working
• Basic computer experience and knowledge using Word, Excel and Outlook Mail
• The environment is mainly inside, sometimes inventories will be taken outside
