Pay: $48,200 - $150,000+ (Pay is based on performance)

Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Learn customers' needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through engaging presentations and test drives.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Work collaboratively with management and finance teams to deliver an exceptional purchase experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.

What You'll Bring

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
