As our Card Services Specialist, you'll help members navigate those moments while protecting their accounts, solving complex problems, and providing the kind of service that builds trust. Some people process transactions. Others help protect members.

What You'll Be Solving

This role includes the operational responsibilities you'd expect within Card Services, but the impact goes well beyond processing transactions. You'll:

• Help protect members by investigating fraud activity and processing disputes and chargebacks.
• Analyze complex card transactions and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Support members with card-related questions, digital wallet solutions, card controls, and tokenization services.
• Partner with frontline teams and internal departments to resolve issues and provide guidance on card processing.
• Maintain accurate account records while navigating changing regulations, card-network requirements, and operational procedures.
• Help ensure members receive clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service throughout the resolution process.
