Salary Albany, NY: $180,000 to $205,000 Chicago, IL: $275,000 to $335,000 Long Island, NY: $220,000 to $250,000 Los Angeles, CA: $275,000 to $335,000 Manchester, NH: $180,000 to $205,000 New York, NY: $275,000 to $335,000 Providence, RI: $180,000 to $205,000 Rochester, NY: $180,000 to $205,000 San Francisco, CA: $275,000 to $335,000 Washington, DC: $275,000 to $335,000 In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Job Requirements We are seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join our nationwide Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Team . Location is flexible. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of employee benefits experience and can step in with minimal training to support active client work semi-independently. While experience across retirement plans and executive compensation is a plus, the candidate must have demonstrable depth in health and welfare benefits. We value proactive team members who can take ownership of projects and move matters forward in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
