The group advises technology companies from formation through exit and is deeply embedded in the venture ecosystem, representing both early‑stage and late‑stage companies on their most important transactions. The Role Early and late‑stage venture financings Mergers and acquisitions Private and public offerings Day‑to‑day corporate and strategic matters for high‑growth companies Associates are expected to manage meaningful portions of transactions independently while working closely with partners and senior associates on complex deals.
