Mid-Level Corporate Associate (Los Angeles)

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to assist with our bustling M&A practice, which spans a wide variety of industries. At Sheppard, we train our associates and help them grow as lawyers. Our training involves early and frequent work directly with clients. We are looking for an associate who has focused primarily on M&A transactions during their career and has significant hands‑on experience executing deals at a law firm with a national reputation. The associate must be comfortable drafting substantive transactional documents, running a deal team, and managing the transaction from start to finish. The ability to work with other team members and clients, and to take ownership of projects, is essential.
